The British Council (British Council) calls entrepreneurs for applications for two-day training “Mentoring Program” within the framework of the “I-SEED: Innovation – Social Entrepreneurship and Education” project, implemented by the British Council in partnership with Chevron and the Akimat of Atyrau Oblast since 2017.

The aim of the project: to support Kazakhstani socially active youth, to ensure sustainable solution of social issues by promoting social entrepreneurship, to popularize social entrepreneurship among active youth in the country.

Requirements for potential mentors:

to be an Atyrau citizen
being committed to devote time for mentees following the principle that “the mentor directs, inspires, but does not force”
to have an experience in running social entrepreneurship (as an individual entrepreneur or executive director of a small or medium-sized enterprise) for 2 years

eager to share and transfer knowledge and professional experience

willingness to undergo successful communication and interaction training
