The Fashion Girls in Business participants met with successful women during two informal online meetings last week. The guests of the project were the founder and regional director of Geneva Business School in Kazakhstan, as well as co-founder of the virtual reality startup In-VR Alina Abdrakhmanova and the founder and designer of the ByOva women’s clothing brand, established in 2019, Anar Baitemirova. For me, it is very important in business that I can trust the people I work with as much as possible”. In addition, Alina Adrakhmanova gave answers to the participants’ questions on how to turn a startup into a successful project, where to look for funding and how to understand that the project has reached a dead end.
Anar Baitemirova spoke about cooperation with large retail companies throughout Kazakhstan based on her own experience of selling clothes in a network of multi-brand stores in the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Atyrau and Aktau.
