Chairperson of the Management Board of the NJSC “Center for Support of Civil Initiatives” under the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana

Has professional experience in the public service and civil sector, with significant managerial expertise, including work with non-governmental organizations.

From April 2024 to February 2026, served as Deputy Chairperson of the Committee for Civil Society Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he/she oversaw issues related to the support of NGOs and the development of the country’s civil sector.
