In accordance with paragraph 35 of the Rules for the formation, allocation, monitoring, and evaluation of the effectiveness of state grants, approved by the Order of the Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 26 September 2022 №406 (hereinafter – the Rules) (valid in the version prior to 1 July 2025), and on the basis of the letter of the Public Foundation “Komek Komandasy” №19/09 dated 11 September 2025, it is hereby decided to award a state grant to the Public Foundation “Riz-ana”, which ranked fifth in the competition announced on 30 June 2025, approved by the Order of the Head of the State Institution “Department of Entrepreneurship and Trade of Mangystau Region” dated 27 June 2025 № 01-14/31, under the priority area “Promotion of social entrepreneurship in Mangystau Region” within the field “Promotion of civil society development, including improving the effectiveness of non-governmental organizations”.
