Eldar Saparov has been appointed Chairman of the Management Board of the Civil Initiatives Support Center – НАО "Центр поддержки гражданских инициатив"

By the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Eldar Kaisarovich Saparov has been appointed Chairman of the Management Board of the Non-Commercial Joint Stock Company “Civil Initiatives Support Center”.

He graduated from Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurov and holds a Master’s degree in Economics.

He has professional experience in public service and the civil sector and possesses significant managerial expertise, including work with non-governmental organizations.

From April 2024 until his appointment, he served as Deputy Chair of the Committee for Civil Society Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he oversaw issues related to NGO support and the development of the country’s civil sector.
