The ” KUSANONE (Grass roots)” program of gratuitous assistance to small-scale social projects to ensure human security is a program of the Government of Japan, to finance local authorities, regional schools, medical and other institutions, as well as non-governmental organizations, public associations and foundations. This program is aimed at helping ordinary people through the implementation of various social projects to ensure human security.

Project budget: no more than 10 million Japanese yen = about 85 thousand us Dollars.
