The Chairman of the Board of “Center for Support of Civil Initiatives” is Lima Dias.
Lima Dias was born on February 7, 1989
She received a specialization in Business Administration Management from Intercollege University (Nicosia, Cyprus), as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Chelyabinsk State University (Russia). Today, she is a Master’s student in Business Administration at AlmaU (Almaty, Kazakhstan).
As Chairman of the Board of the national non-profit organization in Kazakhstan
She started her career in 2006. From 2013 to August 2018, she held the position of Chief Manager of the Corporate Communications Sector and Managing Director-Official Representative of the Fund for the Development of Social Projects “Samruk-Kazyna Trust”.
Since September 2018, she has been appointed Director and then Vice-President of the Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan, the largest network non-governmental organization with branches in 14 regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan, Almaty, and Shymkent.
Prior to joining the Center, Lima Dias served as an Adviser to the Minister of Information and Public Development
of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues in the field of civil society, youth and
family affairs, as well as on combating corruption.
Since February 2021, she has been appointed Chairman of the Board of the Center for Support of Civil Initiatives.
